We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful Plaza Mayor in this city. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The staff, especially Michel, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. He provided us with lots of information before our trip and even assisted us with our luggage. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located close to all amenities and within walking distance of the city's main attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The rooms at Charming View Plaza Mayor are so cozy and comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot Madrid weather, and the free WiFi kept me connected with my friends and family.

Stairs were a bit challenging.

The view from the apartment overlooking the bustling plaza was absolutely breathtaking! The atmosphere was electric and it was so convenient to have a big food market, supermarket, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. We loved the option to either eat out or bring food back to enjoy on the balcony or at the lounge room table. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and having a private bathroom was a nice touch. We felt incredibly safe and secure on the second floor. Michel, the host, was always available and extremely helpful. It was an unforgettable experience to be right in the heart of the action!
